Well, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jabberwocky.com\/carroll\/walrus.html\">the time has come<\/a> (we wanted to do it last year this time but the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2010_FIFA_World_Cup\">FIFA world cup<\/a> pushed airfare prices through the roof).<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are booked, we&#8217;re flying out on the 15th of June and returning on the 9th of July. Our itinerary is explained in detail in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/?page_id=1407\">page linked at the top right<\/a> &#8212; <del>it&#8217;s password protected to foil stalkers or something<\/del>.<\/p>\n<p>Brief outline: San Diego, rent-a-car to Los Angeles and San Francisco, then fly to Las Vegas, rent-a-car to the Grand Canyon and up to Ogden and Yellowstone. Fly to New Orleans for a brief visit, then the dreaded Disney to extract what money we might have left from our pocketbooks.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll be staying in hotels, with friends, and camping. We&#8217;ll be seeing <a href=\"http:\/\/theunionstation.org\/browningmuseum.html\">museums<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sandiegozoo.org\/\">zoos<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildnatureimages.com\/Yellowstone_National_Park.htm\">geysers and wildlife<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buyneworleanstours.com\/tours\/new-orleans-cemetary-voodo-history-tours-all.html?gclid=CPSl9Kyl06gCFYINfAod20Jefw\">cemeteries<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mousearena.com\/mickey-mouse-computer-wallpaper\/\">talking meese<\/a>. Jessica is hoping to meet up with a <a href=\"http:\/\/larrycorreia.wordpress.com\/\">famous author<\/a> whose work we might one day see on <a href=\"http:\/\/larrycorreia.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/03\/big-annoucement-ive-sold-the-rights-to-mhi-for-a-tv-show\/\">TV<\/a>, but only if <a href=\"http:\/\/larrycorreia.wordpress.com\/2011\/04\/30\/signing-at-uncle-hugos-starting-at-100-today\/\">his<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/larrycorreia.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/01\/done-in-minneapolis-next-up-layton-utah\/\">crazy<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/larrycorreia.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/03\/signing-tonight-layton-utah-bn-up-next-phoenix\/\">schedule<\/a> coincides with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/?page_id=1407\">ours<\/a>. We&#8217;ll be blogging along the way, I have an EEE running <a href=\"http:\/\/puppeee.com\/\">puppee<\/a>, Tanya has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/?p=1306\">Dell 910<\/a>, Jessica has an Acer Aspire One (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/?p=1437\">now running XP<\/a>) and Tamsyn has an EEE running XP.
