Plenty rhino.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3173\" src=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_7219r.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7219r\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_7219r.jpg 640w, http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_7219r-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When we got to Pretoriuskop (which is tiny) we abandoned the teardrop under a tree and headed off down Voortrekker Road. , where we saw a lone tsessebe (well, with a bunch of impala, but only one tsessebe).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3174\" src=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/P1110868r.jpg\" alt=\"P1110868r\" width=\"640\" height=\"538\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/P1110868r.jpg 640w, http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/P1110868r-300x252.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These guys are rare, to the point where there&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/theinconsequentialdiary.wordpress.com\/2014\/01\/25\/stalking-lichtensteins-hartebeest-in-the-kruger-park\/rare-animal-register\/\">a register in the camp office where you can note down sightings<\/a> (Hartbees and tsessebe, sable and roan, and reedbuck).<\/p>\n<p>We also saw two sable on the night drive, around the Shabeni loop. Pretoriuskop is well suited for night drives because of all the loops around the area, it&#8217;s a nice drive but sightings wise it was rather disappointing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3175\" src=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/P1110899r.jpg\" alt=\"P1110899r\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/P1110899r.jpg 640w, http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/P1110899r-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seven rhino, two sable, one tsessebe.
