It&#8217;s different. It&#8217;s touristy. One probably has to see it, one definitely can fall in love with it. Although I suspect one can also fall out of love with it quite quickly in the tourist season.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3907\" src=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_8214r.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8214r\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_8214r.jpg 800w, http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_8214r-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is is the Rio Ter\u00e1 San Leonardo just down the street from our room, at nine in the morning. The Rio Ter\u00e1 San Leonardo is the main thoroughfare from the station down to the Strada Nova and probably the easiest way to walk all the way down to San Marco.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3909\" src=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_8215r.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8215r\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_8215r.jpg 800w, http:\/\/www.retro.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_8215r-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We went the other way. No complaints. Waited a long time. It was cold.
