Way too sweet.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe that works well is Nigella&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nigella.com\/recipes\/ham-in-coca-cola\">Ham in Coca Cola<\/a>, but use apple juice, not Coke.<\/p>\n<p>Also, like with turkeys, our gammons are smaller.
